Dustin has spent his professional life as a graphic and interactive designer, whose experience spans working for independent design firms, non-profit organizations, and esteemed research groups. Currently a master’s candidate for the Media Design Program at the Art Center College of Design, his interest in design lies mainly in innovatively designed interactions, and in facilitating shared experiences. Dustin doesn’t believe that the design discipline should be taken too seriously, himself finding great satisfaction in its ability to surprise and delight. But he does believe that what design can accomplish is very significant—that design can be both a reflection of our shared humanity, and a way forward to envision greater possibilities.
